Liz managed a number of projects for me, where I had had good intentions for ages but taken no action due to the pressures of work. She made a clear brief for each one, found three options within the budget we discussed and followed up to check on progress, with minimal to-ing and fro-ing. The jobs were completed very fast. Thanks to Liz, this winter I was in a comfortable bed with no draughts howling through the window frames and I was, again, grateful that I had worked with her.
