Welcome to our blog!
As it’s our very first post, it might be a good idea to explain in a bit more detail the role of a concierge. For me personally, it’s fairly simple. My clients have things on their to-do lists that either they don’t have time for, or just don’t want to be bothered with. I see myself as the person who can make it all go away so they don’t have to concern themselves with the boring chores and admin anymore. I can take that off their hands. The impression of a personal concierge can be that we are only for the super-rich and famous – a private jet here, a personal chef there. The reality is quite different from Price & Price Bespoke’s point of view. Sometimes people just need an extra pair of hands and to find ways to save some time. It really is all about time, well, lack thereof.
I guess the question I get asked the most, is ‘what is the difference between a personal assistant and a personal concierge?’ The most honest answer is probably, not a great deal. But both have the sole aim of helping people to organise any aspect of their lives that they don’t have the time or inclination for. If you are struggling with your work life balance at the moment, we could be the answer.
